All sales are final. Please ensure that you are able to attend all scheduled days prior to signing up or completing your purchase. We will not be able to issue refunds or exchanges once you have completed your order.

In the unlikely event that a workshop or class needs to be rescheduled or cancelled, Simple Thimbles is not responsible for lost travel and/or lodging expenses. You will be notified at the earliest possible moment if there are any issues with your confirmed course. If an event/class is cancelled due to instructor issues, studio mishaps, or general acts of god, we will work to reschedule the day or entire event depending on the issue. Please be aware that our events will run as scheduled, rain or shine.

 

We reserve the right to substitute or replace teachers at our discretion in order to facilitate the scheduled workshop or class.

Due to space limitations and attendee engagement, our events will be limited to a select number of spots. Only registered students may sit in. Children or guardians may not sit in unless they have also registered for a space.

 

If you are required to bring anything to the class, it will be noted so in the course listing. Otherwise, all necessary items will be provided for use during the workshop or class.

 

The main focus of every course is learning new skills that will help in all future projects. For project based courses, we cannot guarantee that you will complete your project by the end of the scheduled work day.

Locations and times are specified on the course listing.

 

As we are a mobile service our events will vary from location to location. Should there be any specific parking instructions per location we will inform participants before the event starts.

 

We will start on time. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to allow time for set-up and to mingle with attendees!

We want you to have an absolute blast with us! Sewing can be a wonderful and fruitful experience, but know that it does involve the use of scissors, cutter, sharp pins, and other notions that can cause injury if improperly used. Simple Thimbles is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or harm caused during or as a result of your class or workshop.
